What Happens in a Session?
During your first coaching sessions, we will get to know you and your goals. We will also assess your current diet and fitness routine to see where there is room for improvement. From there, we will create a plan that is tailored to your needs.
We understand that everyone is different, so our approach is always customized. No two clients are the same, so no two plans will be either.
In subsequent sessions, we will continue to build on this foundation, exploring new strategies and tools to help you achieve your goals. Our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and may include (but are not limited to) the following:
Setting realistic goals and developing action plans
Identifying roadblocks and creating solutions
Building self-confidence and developing a positive mindset
Improving communication and conflict-resolution skills
Creating healthy lifestyle habits
Exploring the connection between food and mood
Finding balance in work, play, and self-care
Making peace with your body and developing a more positive relationship with food
Learning to cope with stress in healthy ways
The number of sessions you’ll need will depend on your unique goals and challenges. I typically recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions for at least a few months, although some people prefer to meet less often once they get started.
