MindScape Healing is a space where you can develop more balance, purpose, meaning, and resiliency in your life within a safe, non-judgmental environment. Led by Mona Aziz, MindScape Healing provides a combination of therapeutic techniques to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and align with your life’s purpose. Mona will facilitate your healing journey through psychotherapy, hypnosis, and life coaching to reprogram your approach to your personal health and your life goals.
Who We Help
Having traveled around the world and coming from a multicultural background herself, Mona welcomes clients from all walks of life. She has worked within hospitals, clinics, high schools, colleges and universities, group homes, and high-risk communities. MindScape Healing welcomes individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, menopause, aging, and other major life transitions. We can also address more specific goals, including smoking cessation, weight loss, confidence building, and overcoming phobias. A fundamental belief of our practice is that all individuals have the capacity to heal and improve their lives—we simply provide the tools to let their own powers surface.

About Mona
Mona is a lifelong learner and scholar of psychology and the human mind. Fascinated by the power of our own minds, Mona founded MindScape Healing with the goal of empowering others to make lasting improvements in their lives through hypnosis, therapy and neuro linguistic programming to reset negative thought patterns that lead to self-destructive behaviors.
Prior to opening MindScape Healing, Mona was a Crisis Outreach Social Worker throughout the peak of COVID pandemic. Her goal with every client she works with is to unfold their inherent potential by accessing the subconscious mind using a combination of psychotherapy with hypnotherapy to help them live a healthy, happier, and more productive life.
Mona attained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Carlton University and has a Master of Science degree in Counseling from California State University of Los Angeles. She is also a certified Hypnotherapist. Prior to opening MindScape Healing, Mona was a Crisis Outreach Social Worker working in areas affected by war and natural disasters. Her goal with every client she works with is to unfold their inherent potential by accessing the subconscious mind using a combination of psychotherapy with hypnotherapy to help them live a healthy, wealthy, productive and happy life.
Mona is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, as well as conversational French, Spanish and Arabic.
Our Approach
We work with people from ages 14-90 (and beyond). Our approach is to provide a collaborative healing journey with a mutual understanding of the goals for treatment. Depending on your needs, your journey with MindScape Healing may include psychotherapy, hypnosis, and lifestyle changes. We can offer a spiritual or non-spiritual approach to your therapy sessions. If you are considering beginning therapy, Mona will happily provide a free initial phone consultation to ensure that our practice is the right fit. If you choose not to move forward with MindScape Healing, we will provide resources to guide you to a therapist better suited to your needs and goals.
